Khan-Tiki Tours roared into Ulaanbaatar yesterday, with the fuel light glowing and big grins on our faces. On to the next adventure!

Thanks to hole in muffler, Kangoo now sounds like bona fide rally car. We're startling yaks all the way to Ulaanbaatar.

Khan-Tiki Tours is halfway across Mongoila, battling epic river crossings, disintegrating suspension, various items of vehicle trim falling off, and the utter chaos that passes for roads in this crazy country. We are, hopefully, only two days drive from Ulaanbaatar - but for those of you who have still not quite got around to sponsoring us yet, there's still time! And for all our supporters, thanks for your contributions, it's been a wild ride... http://www.khantikitours.com/?page_id=49

Kangoo aced massive river crossing under own steam. Getting a bit saggy-bottomed now though - happens to us all eventuallyI guess.

Mustered camels in the Kangoo, camped under the stars. Just another day driving across Mongolia.
