TEAM SINGLE AND READY TO MONGOL Thanks for taking the time to visit the website, we will try to keep this as short and sweet as possible!
As you may or may not know already, Bobby, Gian, Josh and Stu are taking on the Mongol Rally this Summer in aid of two charities. Macmillan Cancer Support and the Rally's Lotus Children's Centre in Mongolia
For those of you who don't know, the Mongol Rally is a 10,000 mile endurance race from Goodwood in England to Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia! Over mountains, deserts and some of the most remote terrain on the planet! However, it's not quite that simple. Our car is a less than reliable Fiat Punto and by choosing our own route (and NO sat nav), there's no telling where we might end up!
Our team is called 'Single and ready to Mongol' and will try to keep you updated throughout our adventure via our facebook page, twitter and website so you can see where we are what we are upto and whether we ultimately SUCCEED or FAIL! (get kidnapped by Russian mafia, the taliban or Mongolese mountain goat)
Please help us achieve our goal of raising £1000 for our two charities by donating at the fundraising pages below. All donations are hugely appreciated no matter how small and ALL of the money will go to two fantastic causes! Thankyou and stay tuned! Macmillan Cancer Support:

Rough Route
Posted by Stuey P at 23rd January 2012 at 14:46

Right so we seem to have decided on a rough route.....largely on guesswork and subject to change. It takes us through 13 countries in all including: U.K, France, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. All that's left to do now is for the 'Night Watchman', Bobby Wocks to polish up on his Russian in an attempt to save us from big men with Ak47's! 'DA!'
